I have to agree with Bujus attorney, if the juror has got herself in so much legal trouble regarding her actions during the case, all charges should be set aside not just the gun charge.

he couldn't without the hard drive...the juror mentioned the Pinkerton rule in an interview with a reporter which is what brought this all up...she then provided the wrong hard drive...Pinkerton only dealt with the gun charge...without the correct laptop he couldn't ascertain whether she researched other aspects of the case...Comment

That I get, but wouldn't it at least bring into question the rest of the charges, especially with her hiding evidence and all that?

The judge should order a new trial at a minimum. You can not do your own research as juror. Also, NEVER chat to the media....Winning means you're willing to go longer, work harder, and give more than anyone else - Vince LombardiComment
