When you have the most strategically located and largest nature designed harbour in the region and NONE of the Big Three have been engaged and ALL of the Big Three have setup in less geographically strategic islands..

Your Island is being run by Monkeys.

The identity of these Monkeys can be derived by doing a time based analysis of port development initiatives in the region.

Mentally retarded Monkeys to be more precise.. the average Monkey has some troop preservation instincts...

Well it has yet to be done by anybody. Who was in charge of what over the time frame? In other words who should have made some progress on this and didn't. That's all I'm asking.

      How Non-Monkeys operate:

      Example A: Cuacedo (Dom Rep)

      1. Partner with Dubai Ports (One of the Big Three)

      2. Setup:

      Logistics Centre

Plans are in place to establish a 30 acre logistics centre next to the ocean terminal. This logistics centre will begin operations in 2014 under free zone status for logistics activities. This status will allow the centre to accommodate warehousing and distribution; consolidation from different suppliers; transportation planning and coordination; labelling; maritime shipping coordination; trucking and inspection of cargo; and inventory administration and returns.

The proposed Caucedo Logistics Centre has already attracted the attention of manufacturers and distributors interested in a regional distribution centre.
The warehouses will complement the maritime activities of Puerto Caucedo and support the economic development of the DR. The Caucedo Logistic Centre will give the port and the country a competitive advantage by offering a logistics platform that facilitates international commerce.

      Example B: Mariel (Cuba)

Step 1: Partner with Singapore Ports (One of the Big Three)

The Cuban government picked Singaporean port operator PSA International Pte. Ltd. to manage the planned container terminal at the port of Mariel, sources close to the project say.

PSA operates 27 container terminals worldwide, including one each in Panama and Argentina. PSA outbid Dubai Ports, the biggest port operator worldwide.

Thanks to a $300 million loan from the Brazilian government, the first phase of an expansion project is underway at Mariel, just west of Havana.

      Example C: Freeport (Bahamas)

Step 1: Partner with Hutchison Whampoa (One of the Big Three)

Fully operational since 1997, the Freeport Container Port occupies 88 acres of the 530-square mile Grand Bahama Island. With 3,400 feet of berthing, seven
gigantic Post Panamex cranes, 22 yard cranes and a projected annual capacity of 1 million 20-foot equivalent units (TEU) — a standard measure for cargo containers commonly used interchangeably on ships, trucks and trains — Freeport is one of the most modern and efficient container ports in the world

So basically while we were making sure more man have cyar, gyal and cell-phone and spinning Government paper.. like.. Monkeys.. others were looking about their country's port development by partnering with the only people that matter...

The question you must ask yourself now is which species of MONKEY does Noel Hylton, Omar, PJ, Pickergill belong to ??

Who were they partnering with ?

Let me know when you discover the answer...

The Coon Caricature: Blacks as Monkeys

The depiction of Blacks as apes & monkeys found expression in mainstreamed popular culture around the turn of the century, especially in postcards. Often it was the zip or urban coon that was being caricatured, for the amusement of White consumers. Note the simian appearance of the Black Americans in each of the postcards to the left, and how they have been dandified. These images are intended to be ironic, and to cater to the White notion that Black coons are too stupid to understand that their efforts to assimilate into White culture only emphasize their inherent inferiority. Throughout much of the 20th century, depictions of Blacks as apes and monkeys was only slightly more subtle

This would have some relevance if someone said they looked like Monkeys..

                  Stop being irrelevant.

"As the many clueless defenses of the Post cartoon demonstrate, Phillip Atiba Goff's valuable work deserves wider recognition. His results thoroughly demonstrate the tenacity of the associations that most of us still make between black people and primates. For white people, his work suggests that unless we work to understand that which is buried--and yet lives--deep within ourselves, we're likely at some point to enact dangerous and even lethal racist tendencies. No matter how much we might like to praise ourselves and our country for moving beyond racism".

China Firm Gets Concession for Massive Nicaragua Canal

                            Friday, 07 Jun 2013 11:07 AM

                            By Jim Meyers

Nicaragua has reportedly awarded a Chinese company a 100-year concession to build a canal linking the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans across the Central American nation, with a capacity that dwarfs that of the Panama Canal.

                            Investigation: China Secretly Stockpiling Gold

The Nicaraguan government of Daniel Ortega said the canal should be able to allow passage to mega-container ships that are more than double the size of the vessels that will be able to pass through the Panama Canal after its ongoing $5.2 billion expansion, according to The Guardian.

The name of the Chinese company was not released.

But the Guardian observed that the proposed 178-mile canal would have "profound geopolitical ramifications" and "reinforce Beijing's growing influence on global trade and weaken U.S. dominance over the key shipping route between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans."
