Lottery Scam Kingpin "Jake Dinero" Arraigned In US Court

O'Brain Junior Lynch, also known as "Jake Dinero". the alleged kingpin of the Jamaican lottery scam, and his girlfriend were arraigned in federal court in Milwaukee. They are expected to plead guilty and be sentenced to five years in prison.
