    I am for that too but some drastic action have to be taken. When mi friend who is a principal tell me he has to create sunday activity to take the kids out of the communities.
    • Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.

      Yes those are the children who succeed in spite of the environment. You always will have some of those but the overwhelming majority of children in that situation will underachieve greatly.

      When you add inner city violence to the poverty you have children under constant stress and anxiety.

            Missing children -

            Am to understand some parents are sending the daughters to live elsewhere and reporting them missing. But is it connected to the teen suicides?
