Witter challenges McKenzie to tell all he knows about Tivoli incursion

Earl Witter, Public Defender, has reacted strongly to comments made by Member of Parliament for West Kingston, Desmond McKenzie, about the pending Commission of Enquiry into the Tivoli Gardens Incursion.
Mr. McKenzie had defended his position not to support a Commission of Enquiry on TVJ's Smile Jamaica morning programme. He explained that the truth of all that happened during the operation will not come out through an enquiry.
However, the Public Defender who was speaking on TVJ’s All Angles programme Wednesday night, has expressed outrage at this response. He is questioning what Mr. McKenzie knows about the incident, which would prompt him to make those comments. He said that Mr. McKenzie needs to let these details known to Jamaica, or to the Commission of Enquiry when it is convened.
