...she is brilliant and at the same time 'a pickney'...and at least in the above does not seem to realize...perhaps did not want to address the 'fool-fool' administrators at her [former(?)] school or directly put out her thoughts on that Bill Duncan Opportunity Center, which is for students who were kicked out of school.

I was reading an article, referring to some of the kids who have been kicked out of school and now in places like the Bill Duncan Center. As the person put it, many of the kids there are not dunces, while some have behavioral issues, the author opined that such places only kill the dream!
