Men flee dance leaving two firearms behind

KINGSTON, Jamaica - A joint Police/Military team seized two firearms and several rounds of ammunition during an operation on Canary Road, Olympic Gardens, Saturday morning. Reports from the Olympic Gardens Police are that about 3:45 am the team was on patrol in the area when they approached a dance in progress. On seeing the security officers, a group of men allegedly dispersed leaving a chrome and black 9mm Beretta pistol and a Delta Elite Colt semi-automatic pistol along with 23 rounds of ammunition behind.
No arrest were made.
