How is it possible for a country that was ranked in the top 4 in the Caribbean fall to being the 2nd poorest in the region? How is it we had a HDI ranking of 74 in the 80s now we ranked 104? When I see how Antigua and Barbuda's GDP/Capita was U$10,900 in 2005 .. mi waah weep. But thank God fi Portia, at least our own move up to U$4,600. As mi granny always say, Thank God fi small mercies.
