    Am I missing something here ?

    <Last year, Transport Minister Dr Omar Davies said the JUTC was carrying an $11-billion debt, inclusive of $10 billion in taxes and statutory deductions which have not been paid over and unpaid pension fund contributions.>

    Is it that they are deducting from salaries but are not paying over ???

    Surely not.... !?


    Can someone clarify what this means ?

        It has happened under every GOJ.

        What kind of question is this: How is this legal?

          If what you say is true ( and I believe you), that every GOJ has done this AND IT IS ILLEGAL, then what is the message that you (one) take(s) from this? All we can do is shake our head it seems.
