Suffer? It is not their land to suffer over...and the courts rule correctly in these cases...

OK sah ! and name changers mostly win .
THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

'strengthening'...really?...I heard Dr.Guy is proposing to move it from 12 to 8 years...politicians are secretly in support of squatting you know...no strengthening will happen

Whatever...the court decisions are there as precedent...squatters don't win these cases...

only way the owners will win, is if they were paying taxes consistently...and/or tell the judge, they were 'afraid' of the squatters

If you call being thrown in jail winning then yes...

You have confirmed every thing I believe, the law means nothing because so called name changing owners take precedent and they have yet to be thrown in jail .

I agree with you a 100 % ...unless you believe our judicial system is uncorruptable , highly unlikely given how it pervases our society.

But a suh it set.....PRIME REAL ESTATE ! Tell mi when di hotel build.

What are you talking about? Those that commit title fraud certainly are thrown into jail. The owner of the land can do whatever he pleases with the land...it is his land...you can't tell him when to build on his own land...you make it sound like some kind of weird socialist commune society we living in...it is called trespassing to squat on peoples land...

mi brethren family have a piece of land near new Kingston. Them pay them taxes and everything, only on one visit to find a load of *****man on it. he had actually get rid of the structure on it.

A close relative have another property that a family member go and build a house on it without permission, and now the relative have to be fighting them. The relative wouldn't pay a dime to the relative a foriegn but have a big house on the property. I can understand sympathy with people who live somewhere for a long time but we have too many squatting and robbing fo people land in Ja, From Lawyers who take your money and don't do what you want to the squatters.

my brethren called the police and went to his property near new Kingston and the police them pretty much said their hands were tied. He had to get some ghetto man and do his thing to get them off the property.

Yes we do...that is for NHT/Food For The Poor/Govt to solve...not private property owners who have spent their hard earned money to purchase land...
