  • O.K people take a look at this Video about Farming in Belize

Ask yourself how the infrastructure for farming (roads ) were developed ? Then the farming industry ?

Its my belief that if you give incentive for the real estate industry to grow in Jamaica, commerical, farming or residential , the economy will grow , its the clue of growth in the west , its looked at from a real estate perspective which involves (hardware) people buy to improve and maintain property thus incresaing value of property and consumption (tax/revenue) for government. It is my view , buying and selling of properties for development, whether its commercial, residential to farming will spur the economy.

The 1st thing that came to my mind was what waiver or incentive was given to these people to import the heavy duty equipment and develop the infrastructure for development (roads and farms) , you see the value comes from not taxing the equipment.

If Belize can do it , we can too. (Infrastructure is real estate ) .

THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.
