i am sure Boston is a much more beautiful and friendlier place this morning than it was a week ago!

don't think it was over the top... quite appropriate for that type of criminal activity and the potential for further carnage... the people of boston were very cooperative... not a single complaint... no buses, trains, taxis, businesses close... a model for dealing with future acts in the country...

i will add that boston was prepared for something like this, from hospital personnel, security & emergency responders... there are many trainings around situations like this... from chemical spills to active shooters and the role each supporting personnel should play... glad to see it execute to great effect...
