This is indeed a heart-warming story... I suspect there is a pun in there somewhere but when we hear about these stories it is sometimes difficult to put a face to the name or relate to the individuals; when we see it is one of our "family" it makes it even more special.

If anyone on this forum has not taken CPR you owe it to yourself to do so. Also, encourage your employer to have an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) on hand as well.
Besides the advice given by others regarding diet and exercise, make sure that you check your pressure regularly; Ambassadah was unaware of his condition. We are thankful his story and journey have this wonderful ending; as his "family", we can learn from it.
