Sisters are an amazing breed,when I was much younger I learned to trust my sister judgement regarding my girlfriends, I do not think she was ever wrong.
His sister appears to have good reasons to think he reported it to the police, it not being documented may have to do with the response(an apathetic police officer) he endured making the report.
This is important because that was exactly the case of a murder less than a year ago.We were then promised a thorough review by the top brass of the JCF.Comment
