Did Prime Minister "uhaynateN" - FCUK it up
The "Beast" getting today today in Israel ahead of President Obama's arrival.
It may be able to stop bullets but it's no match for regular unleaded.
President Obama's presidential ride "The Beast" suffered a malfunction on Wednesday and had to be towed.
There are reports that the armored limo broke down because it was filled with gasoline instead of diesel.
Sources told The Post another limo is being brought in from Jordan. Obama is in Israel for the first time as president.
This isn't the first mishap for the "rolling bunker."
It got stuck on a ramp at the US Embassy in Ireland during Obama's 2011 visit.
The world's most heavily armored, tech-savvy vehicle, which gets about 8 miles per gallon, debuted at Obama's first inauguration.
"Although many of the vehicle's security enhancements cannot be discussed, it is safe to say this car's security and coded communications systems make it the most technologically advanced protection vehicle in the world," said Nicholas Trotta, assistant director of the Secret Service's Office of Protective Operations.
General Motors spokesman David Caldwell told The Post in 2009, "The occupant is well protected in a vehicle like this. This is not a frivolous endeavor. This is serious."
The upgraded limo features 5-inch-thick armor plating, tires that can roll even when flat, and bulletproof windows. The interior is hermetically sealed in case of a chemical attack.
The vehicle has larger-than-normal windows to enhance visibility, but the overall footprint is about the same as that of the limo now used by President Bush.
High-tech LED spotlights illuminate the US and presidential flags on the front fenders.
Meanwhile, Obama assured the Israel of his personal commitment to its security and delivered a blunt warning to its foes that the United States has the Jewish state's back.
Obama told the Israeli people at an extravagant welcoming ceremony that "peace must come to the Holy Land" and that goal would not be achieved at Israel's expense. US backing for Israel will be a constant as the Middle East roils with revolution and Iran continues work on its nuclear program, he said.
"The United States is proud to stand with you as your strongest ally and your greatest friend," Obama said, accepting profuse thanks from Israeli President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the tarmac at Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion International Airport.
"Across this region the winds of change bring both promise and peril," he said, calling his visit "an opportunity to reaffirm the unbreakable bonds between our nations, to restate America's unwavering commitment to Israel's security, and to speak directly to the people of Israel and to your neighbors."
Seeking to alter a perception among many Israelis that his government has been less supportive of Israel than previous US administrations, Obama declared the US-Israeli alliance "eternal."
"It is forever," he said to applause as Israeli and US flags fluttered in a steady breeze under clear, sunny skies.
