Holmwood High School coach’s car stolen

    Wednesday, March 13, 2013 | 9:33 AM

KINGSTON, Jamaica - Maurice Wilson, head coach of Holmwood High School's girls track team was the victim of car theft yesterday afternoon.
According to reports reaching the Observer, Wilson’s Toyota Corolla motorcar car was stolen from a location on Mannings Hill Road, St Andrew where the Manchester team is usually based.

The source said that Wilson had just arrived in Kingston when the incident occurred. A distraught Wilson reportedly said that he lost everything in the robbery and Champs was over for him.
When the Inter-Secondary Schools Sports Association (ISSA) was contacted by the Observer regarding the theft a representative said that the Association would not investigate something like that since it's not directly associated with Champs.
The Holmwood team is in Kingston gunning to regain the Girls Championship title the school lost to Edwin Allen High School last year.
