      Vincent Morrison made the comment after defending the decision of the NHT board to pump 11 million p/y into the Consolidated Fund. The interviewer was not insisting it should not be done, she simply asked if it was possible the move may be illegal.

                      I have nothing against anyone or anything...you come on make an open statement,, I ask for context and you tell mi to go listen to some news programme. If you start a thread at least have the time to put your discussion in perspective....not all of us sit by the radio, tv, or computer to listen to politicians and reporters...
