No other minister has signed as much as barlett did in his four year. The budget has increased and that you can't deny. Check the improvement in Canadian visitors and tell me about 10 percent. Anyway 10 percent improvment is good anyway. You need to give credit where it is due and stop creating the facts. South America and central America is arising market for Jamaica right now. Africa might not be but compare the visitors from South America 5 years ago and now.
My final post on this, Right now mind thoughts are with my friend- Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.
