Nonsense in St Kitts? Are you are dissing little ST Kitts because of its size or because of the few that he killed in St Kitts? He did not need to kill many in St Kitt because just about everyone there including the police force was afraid of him. He was free to operate in St Kitts as his own boss and who knows what volume he pushed through that place. The British Police Comissioner said you could not convict him of a parking ticket on that island.

The feds had given little nut a new identity and cash to setup a pizza shop until they needed him to testify. Like a true criminal, he went home and restarted his illegal activities. They had not choice to to get him.
