Can't blame them. I have always said that the government needs to set basic standards for safe food handling by our street food vendors, both in personal hygiene and equipment. Even the use of grills made of non-food-grade materials can't be healthy. The obvious ones are the widespread use of oil-drum grills and galvanized zinc. Never mind the shirtless men sweating all over and filthy locks flashing all over the food. About time we stop accepting mediocrity as culture, especially in our food prep. Only one man's opinion.

I agree largely with what you have said, however I have problems with your saying filthy locks,as if filthy is an ideal modifier of locks,and well combed hair is not filthy, both should be covered.
