    no they have nuff Hiway infrastructure, and port, you never know??? The donkey cart days done.

    A mostly Jamaicans and who know bout Portland you hear talk about going there. What better way to introduce it to others than marketing it???

          People were willing to ride carts then as their transport. They won't do that today. Time and progress (infrastructure) had left Portland behind

          Anyway you don't or can't get it and I'm unwilling to spend any more time on this issue
