This morning the headline was about an investigation of the police. A police has shot a bank robber in the head´. Sweden has the highest such shooting in the Nordics.

The average over the last 20 years is at an astounding 1 per year. While our neighbouring countries scarcely know what this is. We are the police brutality country of the North.

It's very ironic that many Jamaicans (including some on this forum) were up in arms with shrill yapping about Phillips' MOU and the belief that it was "illegal"...their concern for the letter of the law was very commendable (it would appear)

Yet many of that "letter of the law" cohort enthusiastically support the wanton and extrajudicial murder of "suspects" by police... without missing a beat or realizing their gross hypocrisy...

I suppose both law and morality are flexible concepts
