Actually, if it was a black man with the same profile killed downtown, most well thinking people would assume that its BECAUSE he refused to pay protection like di Chiney dem, dats why dem kill him. I support Reggaedoc's questions and arguments fully. Time to cut the bull and get to the heart of the matter. That is the whole point. They need to get out of the damn ordinary. They heve been in the ordinary for 50 blasted years and cant get to the bottom of the crime problem. Same approach and expect different results?.
