How exactly is a Govt to FORCE anyone to talk out a loan ?

In a normal economy loans for business is encouraged.. it is the Govt job to ensure a STABLE environment to facilitate success.. 100% interest rates almost overnight is not stable..

So for someone to say the Govt did not FORCE anybody to take out a business loan is being obtuse and disingenuous..

I have not seen any written objection to the claim by any AUTHORITY on either side of the FINSAC 'debate'.

40% of GDP is a very large figure. How many companies do you believe are required to represent that ?
