Hellshire fits in the "destroying a lovely beach" model...Fort Clarence model is more in line just that Hellshire has/had the nicer beach

Hellshire is a horrible beach. Nothing good about it, really. First, it gets all the garbage from Kingston harbour. It has no public facilities. It is an eyesore.

Don't get me wrong...I go to Hellshire at every opportunity...mainly because I spent the majority of my teen years there...fish noice yes...but it is sad to see it now...I remember when i first set eyes on Hellshire...my heart skipped a beat
