    Buying 10 new cars for government ministers is not a big thing. The thing is to maintain it and keep it running.
    This little things matter very much or our economy will not take off. We are sending the wrong message.

      I use to drive Bema before recession, now a different times. A recession time now and you can't a cut people job and raise taxes and everything that we are about to do and a buy expensive car.

                Regardless of the percentage of the total expenditure that these purchases represent, it is also a question of perception... times hard, very hard and the govt. can find the dollars to purchase (tax-free) high end vehicles (that ministers buy in three years at book value)?

                Perception they say is also reality.
