  • King of dancehall!

Was listening to a best of Shabba this morning going to work and truly I thought that this period with Shabba late 80"s and early to mid 90's was the best dancehall we have seen to date. Ting a ling, radio station, wicked inna bed, if a loving you looking fah and on and on, every song is a hit.

Shabba was the best in my book...slacker and duttier than anything put out today aside from Kartel's Freaky Girl...the more things change the more they stay the same...

Rhythm wise nothing is rougher, dancehall at its best, today's dancehall to me just don't have that same hardcore fundamental riddim.
