At least one poster got what I was looking for from posters. My premise is this: If one is being flogged on the basis for practicing rituals of African ancestry the one should be flogged for practicing Christianity.
Another point: Imagine Madison or Franklin saying they didn't know certain laws existed for their nation? What is the purpose of Ja's constitution? Is it interpreted to set the laws of the land? Clearly Ja is using British "common laws" Ja's highest court is abroad which means lw makers in Ja are incapable of interpreting their own constitution or it's inferior to the one abroad (which makes Ja still a colony).
When I call for a College of history and political science people on this site scoff at me.
