Him mussi close to 45 now so youthful exuberance cannot be at play...what is his deal...talks about breaking JPS monopoly...but what he proposes doesn't break the monopoly...all it allows is "people" to generate power with wind turbines/solar and sell it to JPS who in turn sells it back to us...they still have the monopoly on providing power to the end user...which is the whole friggin point...
