Clearly robbery has already taken place - as it is impossible that all who wish to vote will be able to do so. The Republicans have already made that the outcome by reducing time limits for early voting. It is just impossible to 'compress' the numbers wishing to vote in time alloted for voting.

e.g. Say it takes 15 minutes to complete a ballot...1 voting machine and there are 100 persons wishing to vote within allotted time for voting of 30 minutes - Impossible!

The Republicans have presented such situations in all the battleground states and many others...in some cases only in predominant areas where the historical records and polling show vast democratic voting preferences. That is, tiefin of the highest order! Yet for all that...?

If it is close enough where court cases decide the elections it will most likely go to the Republicans as they control the governorships in the critical states and have an advantage in the Supreme Court by a slight margin.

I don't think it will be THAT close. Once Obama wins Ohio by a margin that does not require waiting on the absentee ballots to be counted and recounted, he will be home.
