THE EDITOR, Sir:
Yesterday, for the second time in as many weeks, The Gleaner editorial included a comment about the previous Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) administration. Why?
The JLP was booted by Jamaicans who voted for what they have now. The People's National Party (PNP) should deal with what it campaigned for. The party said it could fix our problems, so why are you using the JLP to point out the shortcomings of this government?
Are you so in bed with them that you cannot critique their performance without watering it down?
The Gleaner should be balanced and not promote any particular political agenda. When the JLP was in power, I never read an editorial that referred to the incompetent PNP. This newspaper is biased towards the PNP and it shows. For this I will say you are just as incompetent as your colleagues in government.
