Just caught this movie on Netflix recently, a hardcore warrior movie. Tells story of indigenous Taiwanese clan fighting against an imperialist Japan. Don't get more hardcore than this movie, scenery is incredible, fighting intense. Made me think of that must be something like the story of the Windward maroons in their fight for survival against the English, that would make one helluva movie. That story needs to be told, it also reminded me of the possibilities of what may have happened with the Arawaks in their fight and struggle to survive against the Spanish occupation of Jamaica in the 16th century.

Saw the first, that was very good, loved the chase scenes, very intense.
