Fleeing cop caught, charged with buggery

KINGSTON, Jamaica - A policeman was, over the weekend, arrested and charged for buggery and illegal possession of a firearm.
Thirty-three-year-old Kevin Marsh was arrested by members of the Anti-Corruption Branch and the Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offenses and Child Abuse (CISOCA) on Friday and charged yesterday, October 14.
The corporal, who was assigned to the St Andrew North Division, is facing three charges and will appear in the Gun Court this Friday, October 19.
Marsh was held at the Norman Manley International Airport while attempting to flee to Canada.
A file was prepared and submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions who ruled that he be charged for the offences, following allegations made by an unidentified complainant.
