Highways are a well known development tool.... cruise ports are not... thet is a sub optimal investment in Jamaica's case

      Start somewhere??? LOL.

You have it profoundly wrong .....it should be figured out how to milk the visitors BEFORE they arrive...not after. If the numbers don't add up (as they definitely don't) then the investment of public fund should not be made. That's pretty basic

Jamaica is devoid of patriotic and brave leaders.

Question: Are the passengers being 'separated' from their money as expected...only it happens in other parts of the island?

If the answer is - yes! Then that translates into the pier as a boon!

...and if it is...then it just means that Falmouth must work at providing attractions that result in the visitors being separated from even more of their money. Damn right!...Right?!
