Yeah I agree. One thing though, US embassies should have been on alert for possible 911 attacks, and I believe the incident in Libya was preplanned. The State Department messed up on its security arrangement for the consulate in Bengazi. I dont agree with you about the middle east as a game changer except the oil supply to the US,killing Bin Laden took the who is stronger militarily arguement off the table,or off the republicans play book,Romney screwed himself royally by not acknowledging the troops in his convention speech,the only game changer is the economy ,and that has to do with fuel prices , god forbid Saudia Arabia gets overtaken by extremist and stop selling the USA oil.
