dat assumption alone kill di whole plan.. but.. while we are dreaming.. it took the current best school in the Caribbean 50 years to get to where they are and probably starting from a likkle better position than where KC (and Jamaica) is now currently.. sooo.. mi will venture ah guess inna di 100 year range..
