why would the principal and the board even have to waste the expensive paper in the first place?

You want tell me parents don't know appropriate dressing? If it is one or two students I can understand but in general parents should realise where their children are going. We have to start run them outa church too?

Teachers have to put up with indiscipline but no reason why some of those clothes should be in school with uniform.

Well in my time just entering cornwall it was what you called "gun mouth" pants. I dared not leave my house with one of those. It starts at home children should not be allowed to do as they please. They will only meet the harsh lessons that life has to teach. One of the lesson is that one cannot have things the way one wants it all the time. This world is not Burger King.

Ja is at the point where a military academy setting is needed in some schools; to reel the island back from the edge of the cliff.

True because in my time one could leave the compound to buy lunch (only that you must return in time for class); also private individuals were allowed to come on campus and sell lunch. A new Principal game; got rid of the private individuals, set up a rule that no one leaves until school ends. To top it off a "tuck shop" was opened to serve lunch. Yes I broke the rules couple of times because as a youth I could spot a hus.................... you know what let by gones be by gones.
