it does not cost 2mil usd per month to maintain madison sqaure gardens and that includes the cost of heating and ice mainteance.. why would it cost so much to maintain a stadium thats not lit, less in use. the only item is ground maintenace , watering, fertilizing and rolling. Is water that expensive in Jamaica.

Cayman does not have a Cruise Ship berth.. they get 6 Cruise Ships per day..

We have bout 10 berths.. wi not even close..

You would setup a new Water Pumping station at the bottom of a dirty stream and announce it with great fanfare.. or at minimum be encouraging the hype...
