And then there is the issue of the minister saying they "shell down a party" in London.

Some are saying a minister should not be speaking patwah. If I have a problem with what he said it's the reference to an act that is practiced by the Syrian government - shelling! We always seem to need to speak about stuff using ballistic terms - di place shat (from shot, not...the other verb), or the shooting action we display when some hit chune plays.
