Why not use words such as "Suggestion" or "recommendation" why so harsh?

Understand the badman thing in Jamaica...it is always a threat...."mi a warn yu", 'mi a pree yu", ..etc...so everyone speaks from a position of strength or power....mi a tell yu. lol.
