Boss we need to increase productivity in all areas - Those currently being tapped...and those so far untapped! ...not firah and murda poor people! It is all about improving efficiency 'on the job'! ...not removing/separating people from jobs/areas of productivity!!!

So dem a guh increase productivity...not lay-off people?
    Good!

    ...but 2 things:
    i) Is this an efficient operation?
Profitable? ...and high level of productivity?

ii) Efficient in how it sources and uses 'knowledge'?

    ...eeenh, sah?

    ...a dem menshan
Even with all that, the group is not producing as much as it would like to, primarily as a result of financial challenges.

yes it has been profitable. You don't lay off people when then a produce, profitable and you have work for them . These people use their talent and the little money they have and as you see their product is in demand. They want money to borrow as they can't fill their orders.

Big up the Mango valley ladies.
