<Head of the Lottery Scam taskforce Superintendent Leon Clunis has been transferred to the Major Organised Crime and Anti-Corruption Task Force (MOCA). This transfer came into effect from August 2, 2012 as published in the Jamaica Constabulary Force Orders 3400 which were released yesterday. Superintendent Clunis's transfer follows the high profile arrest of Michael Troupe the Deputy Mayor of Montego Bay, St. James who was arrested along with five other persons in connection with the Lottery Scam. Troupe was charged for gun related charges however he was freed and has indicated that he will be suing the Police Force.>
