PNP Chairman Robert Pickersgill stated that Deputy Mayor of Montego Bay, Michael Troupe has done the honourable thing by taking a leave of absence following his arrest by the Lottery Scam Taskforce on July 18. The PNP Chairman also added that the call for a speedy trial by the attorney representing Mr. Troupe shows his confidence on the outcome. Mr. Pickersgill was speaking yesterday after the People’s National Party two-day NEC Meeting.
