I used the wrong term. I should have said indicted, the charges will be known on Monday. You're right, convicting them is another thing. However, after seeing how they dug up a mystery witness to claim there was a 4th person shooting at the police, I thought there'd be no indictment.

This is not good. They have been charged with attempted murder. On the surface you say that's great! But when you look at it closely what that means is that it is easier for the police to get off. Why is that you say? Because to be convicted of attempted murder you have to establish intent. Just like with Diallo there is no way you can prove intent. So they will ask for no jury but a judge who will go by the letter of the law and they will get off.

If they had charged them with the lesser charge of manslaughter they would be convicted hands down as you do not have to establish intent. Amazing how that loop hole works. They will walk. - T.K.
