  • Jamaican dollar slips again

    The Jamaican dollar has slipped a further 14 cents in value to its American counterpart which is being sold for an average 89 dollars 33 cents this morning.

    88 dollars 24 cents is the going rate for the Canadian dollar while it's costing 139 dollars 20 cents for the pound Sterling

    I recall when the J$ was regaining value there was an outcry how exporters losing money and this is unacceptable. Now the dollar moving like that train in the movie "Unstoppable" everybody clam up. At least one comrade claimed the J$ was overvalued. WTF.

    Who gonna be our Denzel Washington? Who gonna be the hero and stop the runaway train? Hero ?? Wait ... people nuh crown PP hero already? Suh what the hero doing bout the J$?
