As i argued earlier that Jamaican music was destined to be popular based on migration and of course gifted musicains that preceeded Bob Marley, we know of the exodus of our nationals to the U.K in the 40 to 60s with the music , well Ska went to Central america by boat ,trade boat, I gave you the interview with the C. Rican who said he heard it, from the pier after working with a jamaican brother, well Tono quirazco said he heard it and was encouraged to play it , he went to Jamaica to study it before he came back to mexico.

Above interview was translated by two spanish females from P.R & Santo Domingo for X.

Jamaican music was /is bigger than Bob Marley !He is just the face of a historical migration of our music. My point is we need to properly put our music in context, as to how progressive it is.

Bigger than anyone man or thing, it lives in genres that need to be broken down, Ska- Rock steady-Dub-Roots-Lovers rock- DJ music ...Dance hall encompases all this because thats the foundation(birth place) of all of them, they were all played in dancehall and stil is !

It Seems to me that Mexican music still carries this Ska beat.We are Egyptians that know not our History, lost !

THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

It is a little more than 10 years ago that I realize Mexicans were into Ska, which came as a big surprise, as only the their Horn sections could have anything to compare with Ska.

About three years ago I dug further into the Mexican connection, but I was not aware that any of their Artist visited Jamaica.

As you know the son of a Jamaican played Football for Mexico, and the Yucatan area has a Black population too.
