      They know they will not catch everybody but for the ones they catch they can put them away or fine them big.

      Well this law will be use mainly to identify criminals and tax dodgers.

          technically under us law u cant be dual

          new citizens must renounce their old citizenship during US naturalization.

            Be quiet little guy:

            A U.S. citizen may acquire foreign citizenship by marriage, or a person naturalized as a U.S. citizen may not lose the citizenship of the country of birth. U.S. law does not mention dual nationality or require a person to choose one citizenship or another.

                            Kids born in the US of British mothers are considered citizen of Britain and can apply for their passport immediately, so are they Dual citizens?
