Disorderly Conduct 53a-182, Assault 3rd 53a-61, Interference w/ 911 call 53a-183b, Risk of Injury 53-21, Risk of Injury 53-21, Poss Contr Subst 21a-279c

He could have one million PHD's...matters not...what was his transgression? It is peculiarly missing from the petition
