Opposition Leader, Bruce Golding says the team will be sent by the Dutch Government.

Speaking with RJR News, Mr. Golding expressed hope that the probe will provide answers to the many questions surrounding the controversial donation.

“We’re aware that three investigators have been named. Our understanding is that they are proposing to send a team to Jamaica to interview and to conduct their investigation. As a sovereign nation, are the PNP obligated to talk these Dutch investigators? I wouldn't think so. Can someone please verify this for me?

Well, the PNP is not a Nation. I am not an expert but in matters of International Law I am sure their are treaties that allow this type of investigation.. the only barrier would be the refusal of the Jamaican Government. Of course that would lead to the question, why would the Jamaican Govt object to the interview of a Political Party on matters concerning a the potential breaking of Dutch Law in a transaction involving a Dutch Company and saidParty ?????

Mek wi si how dis go now...
