    or our legislators have to plan better. The Panama Canal just never happen. To be fair Seaga was the only one taking the Port expansion serious 7 years ago.

    We must streamline it but it must be done in parliament as a consensus not by individual ministers.

      he may not be totally irrelevant but it will be his office against the world who will even try to discredit him more. Politicans are seeking friends to gang up on him.
